How We Treat

Facts first. Then therapy. Then medicine.

Sex Education & Myth-Busting

Most distress we see is rooted in misinformation. We begin by replacing myths with medically accurate facts — calmly, without judgement.

Sex Therapy & CBT

Structured behavioural techniques — sensate focus, stop-start, anxiety reduction and cognitive restructuring — delivered over planned sessions.

Couple Counselling

Where both partners are willing, therapy works faster. Sessions are conducted together or separately, always at your comfort.

Medical & Pharmacological Care

Where indicated, evidence-based medication is prescribed and reviewed by qualified psychiatrists — never sold as a 'course' or a package.

Laboratory & Hormonal Evaluation

Sugar, thyroid, testosterone, prolactin and lipid profiles when clinically relevant — because sexual symptoms often signal physical illness.

Coordinated Referrals

When a urological, gynaecological or endocrine opinion is required, we coordinate it with trusted specialists in Bhavnagar.

Myth & Medicine

Half the cure is correct information.

"Nightfall makes you weak."

Nocturnal emission is a normal physiological event. It causes no weakness, no infertility, no loss of strength.

"Masturbation causes permanent damage."

There is no scientific evidence of physical harm. The distress usually comes from guilt, not the act.

"Erectile problems mean I'm finished."

Over 90% of erectile dysfunction is treatable — often the first sign of a manageable medical issue like diabetes.

"Only men need sexual treatment."

Sexual difficulties are equally common in women, and equally treatable. Silence, not biology, is the barrier.

What to expect

Your first visit.

  1. 01

    Step 1 — A private slot

You are given a dedicated appointment time so the cabin is yours alone. Walk-ins are also accommodated discreetly.

  2. 02

    Step 2 — The conversation

A detailed, unhurried sexual and medical history. You share only what you are ready to share — we ask the rest gently.

  3. 03

Step 3 — Examination & tests, if needed

A relevant physical examination and basic blood work where clinically indicated. Nothing is done without your consent.

  4. 04

Step 4 — Your plan, explained

A written plan combining therapy, exercises and medication where required — with a realistic timeline, not false promises.

  5. 05

    Step 5 — Follow-up & review

Progress is reviewed every 2–4 weeks. Most psychosexual conditions improve substantially within 6–12 weeks.

Quietly, it gets better

People who sat exactly where you are.

Anonymous accounts from patients treated at our sex therapy clinic. No names, no details that could identify anyone — only what changed for them.

For almost a year I avoided my wife and blamed work stress. I had already wasted money on capsules and oils bought from a roadside clinic, and I felt worse each time. Walking into a psychiatry hospital for this was the hardest thing I have done — but within ten minutes the doctor made it feel like an ordinary medical problem, because it is. My sugar was tested, my anxiety was addressed, and I was given exercises along with a short course of medicine. In about two months things were normal again, and the medicine was stopped as promised. What helped most was being told the truth instead of being sold a package.

Questions you may hesitate to ask

The things patients ask us only after the door closes.

We have answered them here, plainly — so you don't have to ask them out loud unless you want to.

Ask Anonymously

Not ready to walk in yet? Just ask.

Write your question without giving your name. It goes straight to Dr. Kamlesh and Dr. Dharmin — nobody else sees it. Leave a phone or email only if you'd like a private reply.

We never store your IP, never send marketing messages, and never share enquiries with anyone outside the clinic.

Coming as a couple doubles the outcome.

Sexual concerns are rarely one person's problem. When partners attend even one session together, treatment tends to be faster, kinder and far more likely to last. If your partner isn't ready yet — come alone. We'll start anyway.

You've waited long enough. One visit is enough to begin.

Private consultation with a qualified neuropsychiatrist & sexologist. Complete confidentiality assured.
